What We Believe
What We Believe
Growth Point Church is a part of the General Council of the Assemblies of God, Springfield, MO. Our beliefs are rooted in Scripture and centered on Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is the Son of God. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again in victory over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven and will one day return as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
The Bible
The Bible is God’s Word. Inspired by Him and completely true, it is our final authority for what we believe and how we live.
Salvation
Salvation is God’s gift. We can’t earn it through good works. Eternal life begins when we turn from sin and place our faith in Jesus Christ for forgiveness.
Healing
Through Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, we can experience God’s healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son. He lives within every believer, guides us into truth, empowers us for life and service, and produces His fruit in us.

Meet the Pastors
Pastors Michael and Karla Lyndaker felt called by God to plant a new church in Belton, South Carolina. After joining Church Mobilization in 2022, they moved in 2023 to start this mission, aiming to share God’s love and bring freedom through His Son.
